Construction of new Wacker Neuson UK headquarters underway
Just two months after the announcement that the new UK headquarters of Wacker Neuson were to be built at Beacon Business Park in Stafford, construction is already well underway.
The international construction machinery company have already been on the original business park for 18 months. Knowing the potential of having commercial property in Staffordshire, the company chose to expand their operations on Beacon Business Park’s new 50 acre development zone.
Work on the commercial property in Stafford commenced on 10 August 2015, and they are on target to complete by June 2016. It will include offices, warehousing, a parts store, workshop and training facilities.
Below are some photos documenting the progress of the development as at 28 September 2015.
Foundations of the headquarters are complete. Here you can see the reinforced concrete retaining wall to the loading area being installed.
Structural steelwork to offices and part stores completed. Warehouse and workshop progressing, with completion expected in October 2015.
