£750,000 has recently been invested in the access roads, pavements and infrastructure at Beacon Business Park in completion of the section 38 agreement with Staffordshire County Council under the Highways Act 1980.

This vital infrastructure has been constructed within budget, to a specified standard and to the satisfaction of the local highway authority, by F.Espley & Sons Ltd, opening up access to the 50 acre business park extension.

Specifically, the infrastructure provides access to five acres of prime commercial road frontage land in Stafford. Frontage plots are available for sale with a range of mixed uses available. The Knot and Plough, a Marston’s public house is already under construction and is due to open in June.

Among the plots still available are:

  • 8,000ft roadside retail unit
  • 0.38 acre restaurant site
  • 0.89 acre roadside hotel development plot.

The recently completed improvements now mean businesses have easy access to the A518 and onwards to the M6 and M1 motorways. Situated on the eastern edge of Stafford town centre, this has now opened up the site for new opportunities.
